Under Kulluna Muwatinun project, the Socio-Economic Justice Initiative – MAAN conducted its first summer camp titled “Non-Violent Street Activism” in Ramliyeh, Aley District, from 25 to 28 August 2023.
23 youth activists from different districts of Lebanon, who are also part of independent political groups, participated in this camp. The camp’s training sessions covered the philosophy and the theoretical aspect of the non-violent approach along with its practical components of its tactics and strategy.
The young participants not only acquired new knowledge but they also formed a network of like-minded individuals who could collaborate on future activism endeavors.
