The “Boghosian” Foundation distributed its annual awards for young artists within the corridors of its office in Beirut. In the context of the Children and Youth Literature Award, designated for books targeting the age group between 8 and 12 years old, the prize was given to the author of “Fox in My House” (published by Dar Asala), Dr. Antoine Chartouni, and the illustrator Abdulrazzaq Al Salehani. Originally intended for the author, the committee, recognizing the exceptional work presented by the illustrator in this story, decided to award both the writer and the illustrator. This acknowledgment emphasizes the collaborative nature of literature, where the fusion of compelling storytelling and visual artistry enriches the reading experience, especially for young readers.
Dar Asala is also promoting the love of learning and the Arabic language through various educational games.
