With the support of the Anna Lindh Foundation, the Lebanese National Commission for UNESCO, as the Head of the Lebanese network organized a 16-hour capacity building training program for youth in the Euro-Med region, presented by international trainer Ms. Zeina Dbouk.
The training program took place from Saturday March 12 till Saturday March 19, and involved a blended approach where 8 hours of the sessions were given live and the other 8 were self-paced for participants to work on in group offline. The method of the training relied on informal education strategies that are asynchronous and very engaging to the participants, whereby they were able to communicate safely and openly with one another.
The main purpose was to provide youth from the Euro-Med region a platform to share their voices through intercultural dialogue, to talk about their well-being after Covid-19, and share conversations and engagement in intercultural activities relevant to dialogue, values, interculturalities, and identities in an authentic and interactive online form.
