As part of Youth RESOLVE 2 Project, the DPNA Mghayireh Youth Committee refurbished the local football court in collaboration with the Mghayrieh municipality.
An opening event led and organized by the Mghayrieh youth committee was held on January 22nd in the presence of Mr. Samir Daher, Mghayrieh Municipality Mayor, Mr. Fadlalah Hassouna, Executive Director of DPNA, and many other key stakeholders and community leaders, as well as the youth volunteers who took part in the renovation.
This project aims at providing the community with free access to a public and safe space where they can exercise sports and leisure activities.
Youth RESOLVE 2 is a project funded by the European Union and carried out by World Vision, UTOPIA, DPNA, and Game. The goal of the consortium is to empower youth by providing them with the tools to become leading actors in their communities.
